The Ontario Council on Community Interpreting (OCCI) remains dedicated to overseeing and advancing the standardization of interpreter accreditation across community and public service sectors.

During the event, participants actively engaged in discussions around OCCI’s strategic goals for 2026, including initiatives in marketing, advocacy, standards development, accreditation, education, and national engagement.
